All rain in the forecast here today into tomorrow....
2 to 3 inches of sogginess on the way.
Flash flood warnings for low lying areas.
But the kitties are on high ground, so no ark building necessary here.

There is a phone number here(502-585-5961) that has been around all my life, that tells you the time and temperature. It gives a false reading of the temp during the day, though. The sun causes it to go way higher than reality.

There used to be a time and temp phone number in southern California, that's long gone.

I'm glad we still have it here, but it is surprising in this day and age. Ours is supported by a brief ad for an animal clinic.

My cell phone tells the time, so I don't wear a wrist watch anymore and the temp is on the net and on cable tv, it's just not needed on the phone anymore to Me. But whatever floats someones boat.

66°F/19°C, fair. It's been great weather for the Boston Early Music
Festival, which has just wrapped-up its week, here. Attended the Ricercar
Consort (Philippe Pierlot, dir.), Friday -- excellent!

A lightning bug crashed and burned yesterday and started a 5 acre grass fire here. :))) who knows, the glow worms in Germany could do the same thing. LOL
