If you have a contact "on the inside" how about telling 'em that they need an official announcement on why there is no work to be downloaded?!?! Obviously it's a big problem because most of the questions I've seen in the "helpdesk" section are "why can't I download any WUs" or something like that. Why don't they come out and say "we're still working on some bugs in the scheduler. We hope to be putting out work units in !" or something like that?!?! |
