Thank you John Power, driver, hammer all the same thing. Tool used to install T posts. Getting them out is a different matter. Well here is something that may not be so eazy. It has nothing to do with T posts and no it's not a sonic screwdriver. So tell me either what it is or what it does. |

It looks like a telescopic handle for something. Not a handle and not telescopic. |

I think I see a tapered thread and an internal passage at one end. Do you screw this into a fluid system to get a sample or introduce something into the fluid? |

Yes it is screwed into a fluid system but not for sampling or fluid introduction. Guess I should give a clue since it's been nearly 24 hours. It comes in diffrence sizes fron 6 to 8 inches in diameter. |

If you push on the end, does it click on or off? |

If you push on the end, does it click on or off? No. Please see the hint, it comes in diffrent sizes. From 6 to 8 inches in diameter. So it's much larger than a pen or flashlight. I will add that it is between 10 and 15 feet long. |

People are starting to zero in. Part of a pump? no Something to do with drilling holes in the ground? Yes Hydraulic hammer? That would have been my first guess and I would have been wrong. Close but wrong. |
