The U.N i'm not shore if your country has a seat on The Security Council at the moment but we do , it's not much but we can make life a bit more harder for them , The Russian's . Diplomacy still works but is slow .

Since there where 38 austrailian citizen onbord the MH17 I understand the anger and the loss.
Putin is responsible for this. Russia says it was accident.
Accident? Let say one person kills a person by 'accident'
Most contries will say its manslaughter in many cases and not murder.
Now almost 300 persons where killed by 'accident' in one blow.
