Great Job Monday. Most likely you will notice in your clothing first.

How cool are those things. Dont fancy eating a lemon fish but the others look ok.

@Every one. Thanks for the comments.

My friend got me a German army camo jacket in Germany and it's so cool . I love it, I'm wearing it now and heading out for a walk. It's 16C, cold cold wind and rain showers on the way. BBL.

I am so impressed with those party snacks, how does anyone have the patience to make those ???

It's art, made with the same patience as a statue or painting I think:)

Pudgy Little Raccoon Weigh-In #1
168.2 pounds (AKA 76 kg; 294.23g)

Pudgy Little Raccoon Weigh-In #2
167.6 pounds (AKA 76 kg; 22.08 g)

Pudgy Little Raccoon Weigh-In #3
166.4 pounds (AKA 75 kg; 477.8 g)

Pudgy Little Raccoon Weigh-In #4
165.2 pounds (AKA 74 kg; 933.45 g)

Net weight loss to date 3.0 lbs. (AKA 1 kg; 360.78 grams)

Eric has not noticed any weight loss yet, though to be fair a three pound loss across the course of a month should not be all that noticeable.

This week I will need to pass through a veritable gauntlet of over-eating opportunities. Thursday is Eric's birthday. Friday is our country's Independence Day - a national holiday. Saturday is a family birthday party for one of my nephews. Sunday is an afternoon tea celebration that I host each year honoring my aunts.

My plan is to be a very, very, very good raccoon today, tomorrow and Wednesday and then just hope for the best next Monday.

What's the maxim... slow but steady wins the race. You're doing really well Angela! :) Looking at the week ahead - yes, it does resemble something of a diet minefield - but for the loveliest of reasons... and I think your plan is a very sound one! The occasional 4 days in an oasis whilst traversing a desert is not a bad tonic for the spirits either :) Good luck!

And another week goes by - down to 95.7kg. This was after a meal, whereas last week it was before, so the real loss is a bit more than that :-)
