So is the UK a country or not? I always wondered why you people aren't all on the same World Cup team. If you got together maybe you would get out of the Round of 16.

It is now getting very difficult to keep track of all the new European countries. How many are they?
Only this year it is Crimea, Novorossia, Scotland who wants a new nationality.
Maybe Euskatel 'Pays Basque' as well.
And borders of countries.
The Netherlands and Belgium in the interlocking municipalites of Baarle-Nassau and Baarle-Hertog is a tricky one.

Well, I can see Spain causing a furore if Scotland succeeds in going independent & joining the EU...

But the Basques are speaking a very strange language :)
Totally different to Spanish and French.

But would not the Scots feel alone if they left the UK.
Though I have an idea.
They would be able to become a part of Scandinavia, together with Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Estonia.

Maybe this is a ploy by England to get a greater say in EU matters. Split officially into two or three countries, each with an equal vote.

Personally being here in the USA I say what took them so long, we did it 238 years ago.

Just look at the World Cup football teams.
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
