Good evening All, I run Seti via BOINC on my iMac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks), Intel Core i7 2.93GHz and 20GB 1333 MHz DDR3. I have one specific Task that is 'running' but the progress is stuck at 99.864% for at least 2 weeks now. Other tasks are completing normally. I have tried to suspend that task and resume it some time later, but still no completion. There are no error messages thus difficult to investigate. Shall I cancel this task, which by the way, has the deadline date of Tue Dec 17 5:09:52 2013? Many thanks. Kind regards from Perth, Western Australia Philippe |

First, if you haven't already, try to fully exit BOINC and restart it. That may jar the stuck task loose. You can always abort it later. |

Many thanks to Jorg and Jeff. I have just closed BOINC and relaunched it but to no avail. So it will be Jeff's solution, ie abort it and move on. All the best and many thanks for the quick replies. Philippe |

Hi Philippe I had the same problem. Please delete SETI@home project from your BOINC, and re-install the project. This will do successfully. Masaya |
