Fortunately for the Caribbean islands and Florida it's looking like unusual weather conditions are breaking up tropical storms before they can strengthen into hurricanes this year. When this happens I jokingly tell my friends that the Disney hurricane repulsar must be online this summer. Some are even gullible enough to buy it until I burst out laughing. It’s been quiet this hurricane season — too quiet. Every year too many storms are predicted. |
