BK, a wander around the "number crunching" forum should provide you with answers to your questions about GPU loading, browser performance etc. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

There are any number of things you could do to solve that problem. At some point you changed you must have changed your preference preferences to compute on the video card while you are using the computer. If you change "Suspend GPU work while computer is in use?" back to "yes" your problem should go away. @SETIEric@qoto.org (Mastodon) |

(If you set eihier to run always, it'll do that) Claggy |

AFAIK no military intelligence in the world would care about a program searching for alien intelligence. The Royal Air Force has just closed a UFO documentation office involving just 2 people. There are no UFO. For a slightly skewed opinion this is worth looking at: http://www.twogag.com/archives/1877 The rest of the strip is pretty good as well. No interest other than as a reader. |

Eric, you may want to look at "Observation of CreditNew Impact (3)" in the Number Crunching forum. There is still a problem with the credit system. Lionel |

What is the deal with the new pop-up, trying to sell me something? I came to process for the fun of it. Not to be sold something. The girls along the side was ok with me, but not for my wife. He had a fit. Now, there are several pop-ups everytime I look at my account. That one I don't care for. If SETI is trying to drive me away, your off to a good start. Let's cut the sales link and work on science for finding ET. |

The pop ups are not from Seti. Something else on your rig is generating those. Pluto will always be a planet to me. Seti Ambassador Not to late to order an Anni Shirt |

Agreed with Uli. SETI doesn't advertisements on it's site, and the Admins have stated that the site never will use advertisements. This is something on your local computer generating those ads. |

Yes, we'll never do ads because that would jeopardize the entire University's tax exempt status. And get me fired. @SETIEric@qoto.org (Mastodon) |
