http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-19959531 It is interesting to think that we have found planets hundreds of light years away though it has taken till now to find one in our own `back yard` and for fans of the film Avatar (like myself) it puts us in the situation that their existance is one step closer :¬) Its just a film, i keep teling myself its just a film . . . Remember that an exoplanet would have to have many parameters within a narrow range to support and nourish intelligent life. Planets are plentiful but let's see how many Earth-like planets exist in the entire Galaxy. ID: 1305317 · |
