There is a new series on the Science Channel called "The Code" I have seen two episodes and the content is very interesting. In one segment it was shown that just by using mathematics and logic, patterns are discovered out of seeming chaos and then used to predict overall human behavior. I recommend watching these programs.

Well, there is no doubt, mankind is fascinated with numbers. And architects do love to add mathematical symmetry into the buildings and structures they create.

Just watched the first two of the series, probably see # 3 tonight.

# 1 - Numbers was alright, maybe even good, but # 2 - Shapes was among the best science(ish) shows I've ever seen.

Even just for that episode alone I'd recommend the series.
