According to Elon Musk the Space X founder, until recently the all rocket tech wasn't evolve for 40 years. That is pretty weird development. So Space X pretty much accelerated some lost rocket technologies and doing these launches with far less budget and man power compare to old bulky NASA and Roscosmos or Esa. Well my initial conclusions.

Yes 100% agree that initially at same time hundreds of german rocket scientists enslaved by both american and russian regime so NASA and Roscosmos were founded on that. Additionally Elon Musk himself is neither american nor european but south african who largely raised alongside of apparthide racism cruelty on native african people. So with such unique background he maybe has some mental means to rebel against unbeatable (previously considered) rocket sciency empirial establishments.

Plus Elon acknowledged that both russia and america failed to advance rocket science in the last 40 years (well germans really had some tricky brain product that uncrackable by two empires).
