Hello! I am interesting in letting BOINC/seti@home run overnight when the computer is not in use and not being backed up. As far as I can tell, this is not happening right now. Does anyone know how to get BOINC manager (or equivalent) to run un-attended, when no-one is logged in? Would a cron job do the trick? Thank you. BOINC 6.12.35 (Power PC) wxWidgets version 2.8.10 Model Name: Power Mac G5 Model Identifier: PowerMac7,3 Processor Name: PowerPC G5 (3.0) Processor Speed: 1.8 GHz Number Of CPUs: 2 L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB Memory: 2 GB Bus Speed: 900 MHz Boot ROM Version: 5.1.8f7 |
