Nice article, aside from some glaring proofreading errors. She introduces adaptive optics, and then introduces them again in the very next line. It doesn't really hurt anything per se, just kinda silly to miss things like that in a published article.

Love the pics in the article as well.
I spent four months touring south america in 1994 and I can't believe I was so young
and stupid not to look up at any point.
You can't get anything like that in England :(

I hear you. The last time I had truly clear skies was when I lived in upstate NY. I never took advantage of it as much as I should have.
