Sometimes you have to type the www. as well. With my DNS I can't get nasa.gov, but I can get www.nasa.gov. |

www.NASA.gov came up fine on my old computer. Bob DeWoody My motto: Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow as it may not be required. This no longer applies in light of current events. |

I hope they have not blacklisted my domain. CPDN told me that they blacklisted the domain telecomitalia.it for security reasons. I wrote to David Anderson and he answered he has no control over CPDN. Tullio |

I was seeing it Sunday, now I cannot. But I see www.noaa.gov. What gives? Maybe your dns servers are just having problems?? Try adding these 209... ip addresses to your hosts file: Name: a1718.x.akamai.net Addresses: 209.18.38.72, 209.18.38.42 Aliases: www.nasa.gov, www.nasa.gov.speedera.net www.nasa.gov.edgesuite.net Lt |

If you can get to this page, you can try pinging to www.nasa.gov from some locations near you. Then you just need a proxy server that you can get to that can 'see' nasa. Good Luck! Lt |

I pinged from Munich and got a positive result, so NASA is alive. Too bad I cannot reach it. Thanks. Tullio |

My Test4Theory@home won't allow any proxy when it connects to CERN to get jobs to run in the BOINC_VM Virtual Machine. So goodbye NASA, I shall miss you. Tullio |

I went to www.setiquest.org. It had a link ti JPL, which worked. Then I tried www.NASA.gov and it worked too.How come? Malfunctioning router between you and NASA was fixed? Or NASA site read your http header and saw it was a referral link? Bad cache of an IP got flushed? Too many possibilities to list. |
