how to correct "connection"?

Ladies & gentlemen, I am getting back in and reloaded seti@home but the program says it is "unable to connect" to the always on wireless router. The has the ISP's correct user name and pw. I would appreciate a refresher on how to configure the connections function. Thank you, TCB |
