not to make light of cyber stalking, but facebook and twitter are ways to tell people "please follow me". It should be of little surprise when some of those that do follow them, they really do not want following them.

Be careful what you put on the web folks.

Prosecutions under the Malicious Communications Act have nearly quadrupled in the past six years with 899 offenders charged over the 12 months to April this year, compared with 227 cases in 2004/05.
