Anyone know what this means??, and is there a work-around...

or is server down?

I had this problem awhile back.

Open Boinc. Go to "Transfers". Normally there is nothing there, but in your case there should be a file listed. Right Click it, say "try again" normally I needed to click this 2-3 times to get it to upload.

I'm not sure if this will work. I could have just gotten lucky and the server came online just when I got the error or something like that.
