I speak Italian, my mother language, and the Trieste dialect, a rougher Venetian. Then, in decreasing order, English, French, Spanish, German, which I spoke as a boy. And yes, Latin, which I studied in school and which should have been chosen as a common second language by the European community which hosts 27 different languages, as the Israeli have done with Hebrew.
