No join team link

I have had several people tell me that they can not join my team. There does not seem to be a join link button as indicated form them to join. I even tried it myself, and indeed, there is no way to join. I have searched the forums and found no significant help on this and noting is working. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks. I even tried it myself, and indeed, there is no way to join... Maybe you can't join your team (again :-), but on your account page (reachable from the link to the left of your post), there is a link to your team. On there is a link named Join this team.
