You got some work units - you lucky thing. I managed about 8 in 24 hrs. Seti classic has also stopped. Looking at http://cricket.berkeley.edu:8885/inr-668-interfaces.html there is a problem. Nairb |

When it says "last RPC too recent", it means that your system is contacting the server more than the server wants it to. Let it sit 10 minutes or so and try again. If it really doesn't have any work units, it says "no work available". That is happening occasionally. They have put up some news at the main SETI/BOINC website about adding another splitter to get more units ready. |

> You even luckier thing - not one of my machines has had a work unit in over > 24hours. That's not bad. what's bad is I have 11 work units on 2 computers sitting behind an authenticating proxy that can't upload the completed units, because Boinc's proxy code is busted. Though my three home computers (you know you never seem to throw them out even when they're getting to be a decade old) are sitting idle waiting for more work units. I sure how the boinc client gets fixed soon for the proxy bug, and more work units will be available soon. |
