PrimeGrid has found many new prime numbers, hasn't it? How about the other BOINC projects? World Community Grid's Help Defeat Cancer is over. Did it find anything? If you go to their site you'll find a lot of information on what has been done and what they are planning to do next. I am running Einstein@home in the hope of detecting a gravitational wave from a pulsar and QMC@home in applying the MonteCarlo method to the study of organic molecules. I haven't seen any breakthrough so far and I am not expecting any. But I am still plodding ahead. There is a new BOINC project.
