Why do I get the message "Boinc is currently suspended" when my screensaver is suposed to start up? Why is BOINC suspended? I didn't suspend it, and I don't know how to un-suspend it. SETI@home ran fine on my eMac (OSX 10.4) for about a week and then it apparently suspended itself. Probably a simple fix, but I don't see it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Wayne |

Wayne Firstly, go to the Projects page in BOINC Manager and select the SETI project to reveal the Commands and Web Sites available for it. If the 2nd Command is "Resume", a click on that will solve your problem. If not, go to the Activity pull down menu in the main BOINC menu. IF "Suspend" is ticked, select another choice. If you have not already tried doing so, quit BOINC Manager and restart. If none of these 3 actions help, report back on this thread for further help. Keith |
