Prior to the database crash. I had a particular User ID. Since the crash & DB repair. That particular User ID gives an 'already activated' status, but will NOT permit reconnection, will not permit the activation code to be resent, and obviously no work, *BUT* will permit login and management of resources and preferences across multiple hosts at different levels. Temporarily, to further test the CC-GUI, I changed the email address and had a new account created, with new activation code. This now has me effectively as two seperate users and all is fine. Therefore, one piece of documentation (or a feature) not present (or operational) in the system for 'live' operation, is the ability to retrieve one's activation key to reset or re-activate' a user ID. May I request such information? Thanks, Chuck (chuck_lasher@mindspring.com) |
