Yes, KM you are doing a fantastic job. In the past when I've made the many and varied suggestions you have been very supportive and positive with feedback. Oh, and no - I have not abandoned the cause... Just been busy with life outside the Forums and SETI for a while. My Aunt, (my Dad's oldest brother's wife), has been suffering with Cancer for a while now. Just got word yesterday that she may not make it past tomorrow. Uncle John K. is not well either; he has Multiple Sclerosis and has been suffering with that for many years. He has been wheel chair bound for several years, and Aunt Karlene has been his primary support and care giver. Now that she will be passing away soon; Uncle John will end up in a full time care facility, they will be selling their home in San Carlos - most likely... <sigh> Sorry for being depressing. When Aunt Karlene passes, Cara and I will be going up North. Because of Uncle John's condition; I anticipate he will end up in a major depressive funk, (statistically speaking, events like this show this to be true), and that he may pass on in about six months time. I hope not; however, in cases like this it is usually the way things happen. At least when it is over, they won't be in pain anymore. God provides, God will take them home, they will be in peace and at peace. Again; sorry for the depressing news. I'm glad to see that things are still continuing to move forward for the Team. I am proud to be a part of this most awesome and excellent group of people. I consider all of you good friends. Cara and I will be celebrating our third Wedding Anniversary on June 26, 2007. Also, my B-Day is June 30Th. We are still planning the big bash for Vegas in late June. At present, we have made plans for June 29 to July 2, (Friday to Monday), in Vegas. The dates are not locked in. We can adjust them sooner or later depending on who wants to join in with us. I've left some details with Myron and D.W.W. on Skype Chat. Anyone on Calm Chaos that wants to join us in Vegas, please chime in here or on Skype. The more, the merrier. Later, TL, it's good to see you. :-) Sorry about your Aunt. I am looking into trying to join you in Vegas, but I can't make any promises or even make it seem likely at this point. All I can say is that eventually, I will make my way West. We are looking for ideas in the area of content that people would like to have access to. I am asking all team members and those who are considering joining us to give us your suggestions. We are also looking into having a section of the site where people can pick a subject and do a weekly entry on that subject. If there is a subject that holds interest for you, and you like to write, now is your chance to step up and have your voice heard. The subjects don't have to be about UFO's and Bigfoot and such. All article ideas will be considered. We want to make this one of the best sites ( and not just among the SETI teams ) on the web. Come join us and be a part of something great. Thanks for your time.
