If you would please direct your attention to the BOINC/SAH home page, you will see that they are evidently experiencing a higher than expected demand for work units. The splitter is not able to keep up so they are working on adding another. In the mean time, the server may not have any work units to send to you - which is exactly what the error message is telling you. Please be patient as they work out the kinks in the system.
