I am running BOINC/SETI on 6 computers and it seems my main computer is running 2 and 3 files at a time while the other computers only run 1 file at a time. The other computers have a slower processor but are only there for storage and for running SETI files. Is there a way to get those computers to run multiple files at the same time?

Only if they have multiple processors, or a Hyperthreading capable processor. Else, no.

Use the optimized Seti application to get more speed. http://www.zadra.org/seti_enhanced/
