exited with zero status but no 'finished' file

I get the above error running Boinc on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon Update 2). Other Boinc programs seem to run fine, I've tried the reset of seti 3 time with the same errors. I have access to other linux machines on the network and i want to eventually expand. Any help would be great, thank you.

Do you get this errror on every WU ? - If yes, can you please post the output from "ldd projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu/setiathome*".
