How can anybody read that screen saver BOINC uses? There's got to be other options!

I don't like this BOINC program. SETI Classic was easy to read and it always (well, almost always)worked. BOINC is a big pain. I'm one step from walking away from this project.

There is only one, but it can be completely customized.
A detailed explanation on customizing the screensaver can be found at the Boinc Wiki.
See here.

The official one can be found here.

Also, the left mouse key when hold can stop all the movements, the right mouse can be used to zoom in or out, or maybe the other way, too long ago I used it.

By the way, the use of the screensaver slows down the processing of WU’s. This a the reason why a lot of people don’t use it.

Thanks Thierry, this worked. Not the best re-creation of the classic screen.
Now I can read it.
