Can't attach to Climate

I have used my account key (which I confirmed is correct) and when I use it in liew of a password to attach to Climate, Iam told that my e-mail does not agree with my account key. What is going on? If I use my password, I am still refused. Can someone help me out? My Seti program is working fine. ID: 220021 ·

Uncheck the email box and then enter the ID in the bottom space Leave that box checked. ID: 220052 ·
