Sorry to hear you got stuck in traffic today, Siran! Do you still have that blue pickup? :o)

And what's the weather in CA?
Here, we have a few inches of snow now and it's going to stay until past christmas the experts say.

The route I take, between home and work, is probably THE most unique in the universe. It's a perfect straight line, and you know what the say about the shortest distance.... Anyway, it runs right by the largest shopping center in the city. And the traffic only gets worse, the closer we get to Christmas.

Yep, still have my little blue pickup. I believe I'll have it 'til it dies....

The weather? SUMMER, we bypassed winter and went right back to summer. No rain yet and we need it badly. Wanna trade weather? I'd trade in a heartbeat, if it were at all possible. >:-) (-:<

Nope, not I. Back in the late 70s I drove back to Wisconsin from here and didn't freeze. Acclimation is almost instaneous for me. >:-) (-:<

Here you go Fuzzy, every so-called straight man's nightmare/dream...!

I've got a special one in reserve for the Craptain should you need it. BTW, the weather here in Lancashire, England is cold and wet with gray skies, frosty in the mornings, and green mold on everything except the beer.

Account frozen...

Simon, don't ever post anything after I've closed one of my threads, OK? Thanks.

OK, sorry

But we do need a dishwasher. Unfortunately the EDD requires me to check your green card. So all your documentation must be in order. I don't want a visit from a US congressman asking for a bribe. ;)
Sorry, I don't have a green card... but I'm used to work for free, so that'll not be a problem. :^]

I know you really want a red Mustang in pristine condition and with white leather seats. :o)
Or was it these colors reversed? Anyway, I'd like one of those under the tree too.

Sorry, don't want to trade. I like a bit cooler weather. And I love the changes of the seasons. To be able to long for another season I have to first experience the current one. In a few weeks I'll probably be longing for spring. :)

But I like cool temps. Actually, I haven't turned on any heat yet in my flat. The two computers are the only heat source and the kitchen window is open most of the time. I close it only when the temp is below 13 C inside. About 15 C inside the flat is best I think. So you can imagine how I suffer in the summer with the heat... It feels like a dash of claustrophobia when I can't get away from the heat.

With the current climate changes, I've seriously considered to move further north. Maybe Iceland or Greenland or something. If I only could afford to realize the decision...

Been there, done that.... When I was a teenager I swore the first car I'd buy was a '65 Mustang. It was.... Black, red interior. Bought it back in '72. Was stolen by a friend of mine [some friend] in '73.

My windows are open 24/7/365. I like the cool temps too. Problem is, the jobs are in California.... I'd move back to Alaska, in a heartbeat, if I knew there was a job waiting for me up there.... >:-) (-:<
