What do you mean about last month? There where some serious issues with the project but you should have been able to connect throughout the laste month with several down times for sure. ---------------------------------- It sounds as if your were not able to connect throughout the whole month is that true?? If that´s so you have some serious issues with your network connection. |

I first installed v4.05 on 09-02-04 (last thursday) and it processed the first work successfully. But since then it hasn't been able to either send the finished work or get a new one to process. All Internet connections are fine (cable). The recurring problem messages are like this: --- - 2004-09-07 06:00:05 - Insufficient work; requesting more SETI@home - 2004-09-07 06:00:05 - Requesting 16942 seconds of work SETI@home - 2004-09-07 06:00:05 - Sending request to scheduler: http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi SETI@home - 2004-09-07 06:00:08 - Scheduler RPC to http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_cgi/cgi failed SETI@home - 2004-09-07 06:00:08 - No schedulers responded SETI@home - 2004-09-07 06:00:08 - Deferring communication with project for 2 hours, 8 minutes, and 40 seconds SETI@home - 2004-09-07 07:00:08 - Deferring communication with project for 1 hours, 8 minutes, and 40 seconds SETI@home - 2004-09-07 08:00:08 - Deferring communication with project for 8 minutes and 40 seconds Any ideas? The same messages since last friday. |

Well, I checked back my computer a couple of hours after I posted this message and "magically" it started working again... > I'm new to SETI@home.
