Hello, I have been trying to run boinc and seti in a Sparc server, I'm able to attach to the project but no work is done.

The problem seems to be that the executable for seti is damaged:

file setiathome_4.02_sparc-sun-solaris2.7
can't read ELF header
setiathome_4.02_sparc-sun-solaris2.7:

And that is why the wrok units keep restarting. Are there any short term plans to fix this?

Can you try to stop the boinc client, delete the binary, and start the boinc client again. If there is no binary in the projects directory, the boinc_client will download it again.

No. Berkeley has no resources to support it.
But on the third party site (boinc.berkeley.edu/download_other.php) are binaries for solaris x86 available.
