No upload. It starts, but it stops immediately at 0.28 KB. Why? I think that there is another reason than the server bottleneck. It's impossible that the uploading stops always at 0.28 KB!!

due to the current outage, this is exactly what everyone is seeing it's not a problem on your machine.

They need the classic gear to add to the boinc gear. See this post from a developer, and then this post from me.
