How do remove a computer from my computer list when I no longer possess that computer.

You can only delete a host when there are no results left on that host's record.

Also, why can't i "merge" a couple of those hosts that are now old configured computers and which have different computer ID's - they do have the same Computer Name and OS Type but the CPU Type has changed.

They have to be subtantially the same computer.. a different CPU type makes them different enough that you can't merge them. You'll have to wait for all the results to be purged from the record, and then delete them if you choose.

Lastly, as there's no mention of these questions within the "merge" section of the Wiki who can i email to ask for assistance in getting them put on? :(

The keeper of the Wiki is Paul D. Buck, and there's a "contact me" link on the second line of the front page there.
