Mark Calderbank has created a first version with some in-build limits, which should not happen to be real limits at all (1 GB RAM hardcoded, should pose issues only on real heavy SMP systems). You can find the compiled software on my third party SETI/BOINC download page

and we are both eager to see the AIX machines you can use for this to join the both machines of us ;)

I guess there are many more AIX pSeries systems capable of joining than of most other Unix flavors (aside from GNU/Linux and Solaris and maybe FreeBSD).

Thanks for your releases of boinc and seti@home ! I'm using it on three Aix systems (power4+ and power5+ under Aix 5.2/5.3) and it works fine !

Keep on going with your great work :)
