This is what I get when I fire up Boinc/Seti

After installing Boinc, you need to attach to the project first. To do this, open Boinc Manager, go to the tab "Projects", use the button "Attach to project" and fill in the URL and account key you got by e-mail.

Once this is done, Boinc will download automatically the S@H application as well as WU's and you should start crunching WU's.

If you have a seperate firewall or a build-in one in the OS, don't forget to configure this one in order to have boincmgr.exe to access your local host and boinc.exe to connect to Internet.
