Do you like Pink Floyd?

I thought The Wall was better than Dark Side Of The Moon.

Just my two pence worth.

I love Pink Floyd and many others.
As to DSOTM and The Wall they are both "Classics", DSOTM was early Floyd (closer to my time)as was Wish you Were here, The Wall is probably more in your age gap but the thing is that Pink Floyd is ageless and appeals to a wide audience regardless of age, that's one of the good things about music.

As far as favorites go I would say Wish you where here followed by A momentary lapse of reason.

Enjoy!

Hi Fuzzy, I agree different moods different times, I kind of sort pieces of music to a memorable time and place, like a music memory if you know what I mean.

Hi all!

You're talking about Pink Floyd?
Does somebody remember the early stuff?
You know, the time when Syd Barrett was still member of the band?

It's still one of my favourites. But the really psychedelic stuff was a bit earlier, i.e. "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn" or "A Saucerful of Secrets".
Does somebody still knows this?

You mean See Emily play and Arnold Layne?

Well, I'm actually old enough to remember these songs! ;-)

BTW, rattelschneck, I was on the German iTunes this morning, and you can actually download two cd's of Karat! Vierzehn Karat, a compilation cd, and Schwanenkönig a live cd from 1994, I think! I ordered the cd's I have as LP's though from the Amazon.de, and I'll let you know when/if I get them!
