Then after the program is terminated i get this: init_poll: get_socket_error(): 111 init_poll: get_socket_error(): 111 already tried both ports, giving up SIGPIPE: write on a pipe with no readersend: -1 send: Broken pipe SIGPIPE: write on a pipe with no readersend: -1 send: Broken pipe Any help is appreciated. |

That is the exact message you will get if the boinc core app isn't running when you run boincmgr. |

I had the same problem today. Scarecrow, I take it that what you mean by the term "boinc core app" is that you need a "./run_client" running before you start the "./boincmgr"? At least this was the file that fixed my problem in 'Orbit'. roark |
