I get WU's and they get completed, but they are reported as having taken 0 seconds CPU time. What's wrong?

That happens when I have compiled boinc and seti by my self.

Machine is Xeon 3.00 cpu, all is compiled with following flags

-pipe -fPIC -O3 -march=nocona -mcpu=nocona -ffast-math -msse3 -mmmx -m64
