i'm fairly new to bonic and am aware that projects such as s@h and predictor@home will have their processing programs automatically updated by the bonic client however does the bonic core program automatically update itself when changes are released or do you have to keep downloading the latest version?

The core client will not update itself automatically but Setiathome well.
