LOL. Althogh I often enough state this: A good manual for Boinc is Paul D. Bucks BOINC Powered Projects Documentation and his FAQ therein. I didn't follow my advice myself and posted this question ;) RTFM Sänger! I hope I get it right (just testing): >RTFM edit: Why don't I see the 'preformatted' text? /edit Gruesse vom Saenger For questions about Boinc look in the BOINC-Wiki |

Thanx everyone! Captain Avatar: I'd like to stick with my current team and try to make a stat box there, if possible, even if I could make it easier(?) to switch to a team that offers one ready-made. Paul & Saenger: As I said initially, I actually tried to look it up in the docs, but couldn't find it. I even did several searches on keywords... :) Anyway, thanks again! |

I even did several searches on keywords... :) No offence intendet, as you see, I myself didn't follow my advice. And I have most of my html knowledge from here in the fora ;-) So, happy crunching! |

You can use < and > you just need to learn how to put them in place, the only bad part is if you go back and edit the post, the HTML equivelent is not stored. I don't know why, I think they are missing a call in the PHP script to make that work right ... You can look at my HTML Lesson if you want to learn more ... heck, use view source and you can see how big a pain it is to make the appearance come out right ... |

Paul, > What words did you search my site that did not work? > I mean, if you did not find what you were looking for maybe I need to add something ... From what I remember, I tried at least these: "stat box" "statistics" "signature" and got lots of results, but those topics I read from there didn't show what I was after. Probably I didn't look long enough, but... I also read the FAQ. :) |

Probably I didn't look long enough, but... Hmm, I got 100% fit with Signature to HTML lesson which is where it is talked about ... :( > I also read the FAQ. :) I don't think I have anything there ... yet ... I am not sure I will be able to do it soon though ... |
