In Firefox, when I put my cursor over a smaller than actual size image, my cursor changes to a zoom in cursor. I do not believe that I.ndecent E.xposure is intelligent enough to figure that out. Maybe clicking the image would give the actual size, I'm not sure about I.E.s capabilities in this regard. L8R.... I am just crabby, Sorry Ok here is the scoop, I offer this as constructive critique. 1. Photo is @ 100% Actual size, Look at the Shadow behind the letters. 1. 2. Photo is 150% Of Actual size. The problem lies in the shadow behind the letters. with the tight registration of the letters the shadows need to be wider spread or distance away to give the desired look. I will give an example after I post this and after my favorite show is over... Smile. |

Ok this image is for a demonstration of the desired effect. It is not the right type and the original author would have to make changes The shadow is a little darker than I would use but for this purpose it works. Notice how the shadow is wider and more dispersed. Hopefully it can be changed. |

Originally the certificate was designed at a 1280 pixels resolution, but some testing from David at Berkeley shows that the "nice" resolution for printing without touching anything (not dealing with dpis and so forth) is 900 pixels. So some automatic downsamplig is made on the image (and so, the letters are a little bit blurred with the shadow). It is fairly easy to remove, move or change the color of the shadow. Maybe you can post what would be the best solution (removing, moving, other color? a mixture of the three?), and I can write to David how to correct this issue (probably the changes will only involve changing a pair of numbers on the code). Thanks for all constructive critics. Zerjillo |

The only way I know to eliminate down sampling is to download the original file or Acrobat. I don't know PHP so I can't help there. I just want you to know I love your work! You did a great Job! Ok. I'll mail David to tell him to quit the shadow. It is just a matter of changing one color code. And thanks for you're comments Zerjillo |

Hello to all BOINC users all over the world. Greetings from CZECH REPUBLIC...CZECH NATIONAL TEAM...WWW.BOINC.CZ I got a little different meaning. In my opinion it would be much better to establish older version of computing certificates...I mean the older ones from Seti classic. In thsi case everybody can print his own certificate even when ge owns 30credits. It is good to have your own participation cartificate in this point of view. BUT it should be much better to have certificates depending on amount of credits like number of finished WU in Seti classic. Some milestones like 50k 100k 200k 500k 1000k credits could be much useful. After passing oen of the milestone user will be available to print certificate marking his computing performance. Its also much more motivating. |

One way for the semi-normal people and the other way for those with OCD so that they can D/L a different and new certificate just about every day. Dominique |

I agree, I would like it if we had the certificates seti classic way - for a certain amount of work. <img src="http://www.boincstats.com/stats/banner.php?cpid=d2319b8f0ad14565556d0ba45b64e779"> |
