I presume it's a fashion statement, just as having long hair, or spiky hair, or tattoos. I think a lot of teenagers do it.. it's just some sort of natural human behaviour! If half of your underwear is showing, that's halfway to not requiring pants at all. Then you start getting into health issues....I don't want to sit where your dirty drawers have been.....what if you sat on the table where I'm eating 30 minutes later! If I have to worry about that,then I stop shopping there and the business starts to lose money. All because you won't pull your d**n pants up. I agree it's a stupid law, but if the parents fail in their teaching duties, who else is left to pick up the slack? I'm in favor of mob rule, but I'm a single white male with a job....chances are, I'm gonna come out on top. So the compromise for the other Americans involved is passing laws. When the law fails, we turn to prison.
