Very simple - the first two users failed to agree on what the result should be, which happes from time to time, so it is sent out to a third user to try to get a quorum.

Yes but the third user completed and returned the result on the 17th

15 Dec 2019, 0:39:10 UTC Completed, validation inconclusive
16 Dec 2019, 19:24:30 UTC Completed, validation inconclusive
17 Dec 2019, 21:52:05 UTC Completed, waiting for validation



I assume it is still not validated due to the problems last week as it seem there are over 6 million "Results returned and awaiting validation"

I have just looked and I have some of these as well.
