The machine where this error arose is a cloud server that has no graph cards. BOINC is run as "boinc" user . When I tried to execute "boinccmd --project URL operation", I got this error. I has tried as root and boinc user, but none worked. How can I resolve it?

Thank you! I finally solved it through remote RPCs.
