I have a Quad core Xeon machine running the latest Mint Linux & AMD Radio HD5850 GPU.

Looking at my Stats on BOINC manager I can't seem to see any projects using the graphics card.

I am using Seti@home, Cosmology@home and Moo! Wrapper

Any thoughts or suggestions?

AMD Radion not supported?

To be able to use the GPU for calculations, you need to install a videocard driver with OpenCL support. Not Mesa OpenCL as that's not supported here, but the standard OpenCL by Khronos. For drivers from the manufacturer, see https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/linux, look for Radeon HD 8000 – HD 8400, HD 7000 – HD 7600, HD 6000, and HD 5000 Series, and depending on the version of Mint you use, which Ubuntu version to set against that.
