BOINC appears to be updating my stats on grcpool.com with all my mined data, but when I request my SETI@home account on the BOINC project tab, it directs me to a different hostid than what grcpool is reporting to. So BOINC says I have 0 credits, while grcpool has been updating a different hostid with all my generated GRC.

I've let it run for over a week and the two hostids haven't reconciled. please assist.

I have the same problem with Rosetta@home. I believe the root cause is a BOINC remove/reinstall to switch from service to non-service.

It would appear to be an issue with "rules of engagment" of gridpool - for the first period of time (a couple of weeks at least) all your credit goes into the pool and not to your personal account. Then there is a progressive transition during which your share of your credit increases, but you will never be credit with all your boinc or gridpool credit.

A service install won't do it, but different email addresses used to make accounts does.
Your present account was made on February 16, 2018. Yesterday.

The unique identifier for BOINC project accounts is the email address. The address isn't checked or validated, so for all intents and purposes you can sign up with a non-existing email address. Or one with typos in it. That then differs from an email address you used before. I checked with user search and didn't find any other OracleDude, so if you ran Seti before, you renamed yourself as well when making this account.

You'll have to check what other email addresses you may have used in the past.
Do know that BOINC doesn't officially support grcpool and that any problems you have with it, you'll have to ask them about.

My thought about the service account was that the program associated my computer twice, but I also noticed BOINC and SETI had different user ids for me.

Here are a few screenshots that led me to believe that.
