Message 1870918 - Posted: 3 Jun 2017, 18:23:10 UTC

On may 17th, i created new computer (id 8265968) name : P8Z68V
user : marsinph (my computer are not hidden)
On this host, I have today jun 3th 18.15GMT a RAC about 11,600.
Yesterday jun 2th i had a total host about 450000. It is normal.
But today all my stats give a host total about 7,000,000.00 !!!
If i consult my WU , pending and assimilated, all seem normal.
How can I have a host total who grows up in only a few hours !?!?!?!?
Who can explain ?
Kind regards from Belgium

I have forwarded your question to the administration, they'll have to come up with an explanation of what happened here.

The good news is your RAC for that system seems to have settled down to something that seems reasonable.

So if you don't get an explanation you at least have a reasonable RAC now.

What I find mightily weird is that marsinph isn't in the statistics at BOINCstats. Searching for that name always returns Your search - marsinph - did not match anything.
Having downloaded the user statistics file, and searching through it, I see the stats are exported:
 <id>683206</id>
 <name>marsinph</name>
 <country>Belgium</country>

So whatever is happening with it at BOINCstats, I don't know.

Found him with Willy's help, as it's hidden under a differently named account there: Travail.
https://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/detail/8912/lastDays shows the last 40 days of Seti credit gotten on your host, and it doesn't show a sudden overnight rise of credits anywhere. So I can only assume you were mistaken, or confused things with your RAC, or saw the credits from another project, Einstein perhaps?

These forums don't have upload space for images, you have to upload it to Photobucket, Imgur or such sites and link to it from there using the following tags:
[img]link[/img]

Such a link would expect the file to be a *.png, *.jpg, *.gif or *.bmp

Else just use the URL tags to link to the external file:
[url]link[/url
