I just watched a Waltons episode that reminded me of FDR's death prior to the WWII bombs on Japan. If he had lived, do you think the bombing still would have happened? The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

The military also understands how unlikely it is that any use of nuclear weapons against a nuclear-armed nation would remain “limited.†That is why the vast majority of so-called “tactical†nuclear weapons have been retired from service. |
